Peyia

Peyia (Pegia), is a small, traditional hillside village overlooking Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline with many excellent restaurants, tavernas and shops. It is a short drive or a 20 minute walk to the Coral Bay area with it's popular sandy, sheltered beach and array of restaurants and shops. Paphos Town Centre and the cosmopolitan harbour and tourist area of Kato Paphos can be reached within a 20 minutes drive or by taking the local bus from Coral Bay.

This delightful 2 bedroom house is available for holiday rental in the West side of Peyia between the village and the Coral Bay beach resort. It is located in a quiet, very well maintained development, away from through traffic and with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor is the separate kitchen/diner featuring all appliances, crockery, cutlery and cookware and granite work surfaces. The spacious lounge features patio doors opening onto a covered veranda with patio furniture and sea views. The veranda overlooks and has access to the mature communal gardens. Also on the ground floor is a wc and understair storage area. On the first floor are the two spacious double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, twin beds and private verandas (double bed option available). The rear veranda enjoys countryside views to the side and the front veranda enjoys beautiful direct sea views.There is a bathroom on the first floor with a bath and overhead shower. The house is situated on the edge of this well maintained complex where residents enjoy the use of the feature communal swimming pool and very well tended mature gardens. Additional features include private off-road parking, air-conditioning/heating units throughout and Nilesat satellite system.
